VirtualBox - Installation

 

    You can also follow these steps to update from an older version of Virtualbox.

    If you are updating VirtualBox, do not uninstall the older version.

    This will preserve the machines you already have loaded. 

    

    Do a web search for VirtualBox or you can click on this link VirtualBox.

    Click on the Download VirtualBox button in the centre of the page.

    Select the version which matches your platform.

    It is advisable to check the integrity of the download, see SHA256 Checksum - Windows

    After verifying the download integrity, double click the downloaded file.

    When the pop-up window appears click Yes to allow the changes to the system to be made.

    Click the Next button.

    Click the Next button.

    Click the Yes  button.

    Click the Yes button.

    Click the Install button.

    Allow the installation complete.

    Click on the Finish button.

    The Virtualbox Manager launches after installation.
