Creating a bootable USB
What you will need
Web browser.
Step 1 - Download Rufus
Do a web search for Rufus or click this link: Rufus.
Rufus installs as an executable and as such does not require any further installation steps.
Insert the USB.
To run Rufus double click on the downloaded file.
A popup window comes up with: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"
Click Yes
The Device dropdown box should populate with the USB name.
The Boot selection dropdown box should have "Disk or ISO image (Please select)" selected.
Click on SELECT in the dropdown (not the dropdown arrow).
Navigate to and select the downloaded ISO file.
Click on the START button.
Click on the Yes button on the popup window.
Click on the OK button in the next popup
Make sure that the correct device is selected before proceeding.
